With more than 10 years of experience, Kristi is a licensed real estate salesperson responsible for long-range planning, budgeting and operations to maximize cash flow and asset values. She works directly with ownership to implement strategies to reach goals and maintain effective overall management of portfolio. Originally from Charlotte, NC where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with minors in Art and Marketing, she quickly translated her strong residential background into the commercial arena. Kristi has been actively involved in all aspects of the construction management process for a major building owner in the Playhouse Square district, including budget costs as well as vendor coordination and management. Kristi is a member of Building Owners Management Association (BOMA), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM), and the Cleveland 2030 District.
