Cindy is responsible for monthly accounting operations, setting up new properties, and system maintenance as well assisting with the clients’ annual budget preparation. She aids the accounting manager and the property managers to complete all annual and monthly financial reporting. Prior to joining our team, Cindy was an Accounting Coordinator with Firefighters Community Credit Union for seven years where she was responsible for the daily consolidated reconciliation of all transactions at seven branches, monthly reconciliation of multiple general ledger accounts, and processing outgoing and incoming wire transfers.
