Allen K. Wiant

Allen is a licensed Ohio real estate broker and an executive board member and past chairman of Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center. For over 35 years, he has been one of greater Cleveland’s most prominent and respected commercial brokers, tenant representatives and strategic real estate counselors. Wiant led the NineTwelve initiative to rebrand and revitalize the city’s former financial district.

  • 1982 - Begins with Ostendorf-Morris Company

  • 1992 - Co-Founded Brandon/Wiant/Converse (BWC); joins Trammell Crow Company, after its acquisition of BWC

  • 2005 - Becomes Senior V.P., Director at CB Richard Ellis, when it purchases Trammell Crow

  • 2010 - Joins Playhouse Square Real Estate Services
