Our group is skilled at evaluating the viability of the project from the beginning so time and financial commitments are utilized most efficiently. We have a team internally as well as an alliance with Bellwether Capital, so we can offer a complete range of financing advisory services. Our portfolio contains many projects that involve a variety of layered financing which provides the critical evidence that we get the job done. Whether the project involves traditional lending sources, New Markets money or tax credits, we have the experience in how to put the pieces together.

Our direct experience includes arranging financing for the Hanna Building, the Bulkley Building, IdeaCenter, 1309 Euclid Avenue and 1317 Euclid Avenue and the Wyndham Cleveland Hotel. All these projects used historic tax credits. The acquisition of the Middough Building, which is master leased to Cleveland State University, is financed through bonds.

Unique partnerships have been formed to create viable real estate projects such as that with WVIZ/WCPN to launch IdeaCenter, CSU and The Cleveland Play House for the Middough project and Playhouse Square, CSU and The Cleveland Play House to produce the new Allen Theatre complex.

Our financial strengths also apply to more traditional projects such as complex lease assignments or the acquisition and redevelopment of a property.
